Another hectic meeting

These days, members seem to be busy with work, family affairs and other things, making it difficult for some to join the meetings. This time, too, we had fewer members joining the meeting than usual, 13 members with two Toastmasters guests, with a sudden cancellation. The meeting itself went okay with the Toastmaster of the Day, (Master of Ceremonies) CT, and Vice President Education, Mit, coordinating in making adjustments, and Toshimi volunteering to take the Grammarian role off Mariko, who was supposed to serve in two roles. Beautiful teamwork. Aside from one prepared speaker and one evaluator going overtime, the meeting went beautifully with everybody contributing in their own way.
