We are not perfect, Nobody is.
Toastmasters is a place where you can make mistakes. This is the place where we practice public speaking and improve our leadership skills.
If you are interested in what we do, even a little bit, just come and see our club. You are always welcome here.

Mariko, Immediate Past President, 2024-2025
Shin-Osaka Leaders Toastmasters Club offers many speaking opportunities to those who are wishing to grow.
- To be able to speak confidently in public
- To be able to organize my thought and express it verbally.
These were my objectives when I first joined Toastmasters Club and I soon realized there are more benefits – To be able to listen to speeches and ideas from others, to gain critical thinking skills… What’s more? You will find it out!

Junko, Treasurer, 2024-2025
I first heard about Toastmasters when I was much younger. At the time, I probably thought, "Sounds nice, but maybe later." Well, many years have passed since then. Procrastination has always been my worst enemy. Even so, "Better late than never!" If you are interested, you can knock on the door, just as I did recently. Then a new world has opened up for me. Here are some of the benefits I've experienced so far:
-
I’ve nearly fixed my procrastination habit, allowing me to enjoy preparing for Toastmasters Club activities.
-
I’ve learned the importance of striving for improvement, even if it’s just by a millimeter.
-
I can apply the skills I’ve gained at Toastmasters to society, the workplace, and beyond.
-
I have the opportunity to learn from wonderful people with unique strengths.
And there are many more benefits! I guarantee you will not regret joining SOL. Trust me—see for yourself.

Hideo Temma, President, 2024-2025, Founder
I waited over twenty years to join Toastmasters out of fear that I was good enough to keep up. This is the biggest regret of my life. Toastmasters, as Darren LaCroix, 2001 World Champion of Public Speaking, often says, is "the greatest place to screw up." We learn by making mistakes. And we enjoy the benefits of the skills we learn here outside Toastmasters.
If you're interested, don't wait. Drop by one of our meetings. If you don't like it, you can stay away. If you like it, you can reap the great benefit of Toastmasters for months and years. You have nothing to lose.
