We elected the club officers for the next term!

This was a very, very special meeting in that we held our first-ever officer elections. In Toastmasters, we elect seven "officers" to lead the club from July 1 to June 30 the next year. This means we have different members in charge of running the club and meetings. This is crucial for providing opportunities to members and nurturing a sufficient number of leaders in the club, and in turn, ensuring that the club continues to flourish over an extended period of time.

At the meeting, we first had two prepared speeches and two evaluation speeches. ​ At the election, the seven nominated individuals made their 2-minute election speeches before voting. They all delivered beautiful election speeches that assured us that our future is bright. Congratulations to all officers-elect!!
