First Special Event in a Long Time

Nearly a year ago, Shin-Osaka Leaders decided to help members organize special events outside the regular meetings. We decided to encourage members to plan, organize, and conduct an event of their choice so that they can both enhance their leadership and public speaking skills and at the same time provide the other members with opportunities to learn more about public speaking.

This time, one of the founding members, Toshimi, organized an event featuring a panel discussion. She asked four members to share their thoughts. After their talks, we went into breakout rooms to share our thoughts, and then, came back as the whole group to share what we discussed in the breakout rooms.

The whole event was well-prepared and well-organized using breakout rooms, ensuring that members had an opportunity to voice their thoughts and opinions. Nicely done! We want to have more of those special events going forward!
